There are many factors involved in determining price. We consider your home’s size, condition, location, your needs and preferences, the number of occupants, presence of pets, and frequency of cleaning. We custom price each home and provide you with a price quote during our free, no obligation consultation.

The cost is based on the time spent inside your home. Our standard initial cleaning rate is $25.00 per hour, per person. There is a four hour (total) minimum to receive this low rate. All smaller jobs are priced on relatively higher rates. For our first visit, we usually need more time to deep clean certain areas of your home so that we can maintain that standard of cleaning with each subsequent visit.

The following are the price ranges for cleaning typical homes on regular, bi-weekly basis:

Studio: $60-$80

One bedroom apartment: $75-$85

Two bedroom apartment: $85-$95

House (less than 2500 square feet): $95-$135

House (2500 -3500 square feet): $120-$165

House (3500 – 5000 square feet): $150-$235

Payments are due at the time of service. Payments will be excepted in the form of cash, check .(Please make all checks payable to cash , Monica or Spotless Cleaning only). Please have your preferred method to payment in a sealed envelope. Tips are optional and can be included in the total amount on the check.

• There is a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.

Refunds

We cannot offer a refund to our clients. We do however want all of our clients to be 100% satisfied. Please let us know within 24 hours of your last service if you are not completely satisfied. We will gladly re-clean the problem area, as soon as possible with no additional fee.
